How It Works (5-step)

1. Upload Land Registry documents (optional but powerful)
   Upload Title Registers and Title Plans to attach verified ownership and title details to a site. SiteClarity extracts key fields and presents a clear summary in your dashboard, with the original documents always available for review.

   View identified parcels and development candidates on an interactive GIS map derived from structured land and planning data.
   
   
3. Apply filters and scores
   Filter by site size, planning history, constraints, access, and other viability indicators.
   
   
4. Inspect parcel-level detail
   Click into individual sites to view boundary context, planning signals, constraints, and scoring breakdowns.
   
   
5. Export for feasibility
   Download CSV, GeoJSON, or PDF outputs to support deeper analysis, design work, or professional review.
